For field, court and outdoor rink rentals, complete the Field, Court and Outdoor Rink Permit Application.

For picnic rentals, complete the Picnic Permit Application.

1. How do I receive information about new programs?: Sign up for "Notify Me" to receive information about Recreation Department programs. Simply, click on the "Notify Me" link, complete the form and you will be notified when new programs are open for registration. Also, visit our social media sites.
