Description:  Artemis Girls Stand Strong, Stand Tall ™ is a Girls Empowerment Program that guides adolescent/middle school girls to seek their own true voice with yoga, mindfulness, breath work, creative expression, and self-reflection.  The program meets weekly in a 75-minute session for an eight-week series.

Registration is on first come first serve basis.                                          Maximum of 16 students.
