A fun and active program where students will take part in different sports such as floor hockey, kickball, soccer, basketball and group games. Two weeks will be dedicated to each of these sports where participants will be introduced to the basics of each game in a friendly and non-competitive atmosphere.
Glue, paint, color, cut, sprinkle, make a mess. It’s all part of the fun! Come join us and meet new friends as we create special works of art that you can treasure for a life-time. This class encourages creativity and teaches children to be proud of their accomplishments.

The first week of this program will consist of pick-up games and then the teams will be selected. The teams will be made up of boys and girls from different grades. We will schedule games each week for each team. The focus of the program is to provide a fun, positive atmosphere while teaching the game of Dodgeball and the excitement of being a part of a team.
January 10, 2019, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Artemis Yoga Studio
Specifically geared for busy middle school and teen students, these classes are a welcome respite and a space to learn how yoga can both build strength of body and mind. Students will learn to safely test their agility and strength while becoming more flexible and toned. Class ends with a relaxation period. Led by Amy Hrobak, a middle school educator, this class balances mindfulness and breath work with building strength and body confidence. It’s a wonderful opportunity for middle school and younger teens to unwind and unplug. No prior experience needed. Class is tailored by age group.
January 10, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Watertown High School Wrestling Room
This program introduces children to traditional wrestling. Priority will be on basic skills of balance, discipline and technique while having fun. Dual meets and scrimmages will be scheduled outside of the practice dates. No tournaments.
